Rooted in the Ohana philosophy that there is not one right way to parent, our sleep coaches work a little bit differently than other sleep trainers. Ohana sleep coaches are qualified to assist parents in implementing the full spectrum of sleep approaches. Our role is to help you figure out a sleep plan that feels right for your family, whether it’s primarily co-sleeping, gentle training, or crying it out. We understand that what works for one family may not be a good fit for others. Together, we will design a system tailored to your needs and values that will clearly outline how help your child develop sleep habits that leave everyone rested and refreshed!
Born to Sleep
This sleep package is geared toward parents of babies 0-3 months in age. By establishing healthy sleeping patterns for baby from the beginning, you avoid creating unhelpful habits that can be difficult to break later. Your Ohana sleep coach will provide you with a step-by-step plan, working toward everyone getting a restful night’s sleep… at least most nights!
This package includes:
- A 60-minute private session to fully discuss what newborn sleep patterns are typical so you know what to expect; what your baby’s sleep habits and challenges are currently; concrete steps you can take to proactively promote healthy sleep.
- A detailed, individualized written sleep plan that honors your family’s needs and lifestyle.
- Two 20-minute follow-up phone calls for the following week. You will have the chance to ask any questions that have come up during the week and review or discuss any possible setbacks.
- Unlimited email support for two weeks. You may send any questions and your Ohana sleep coach will respond to you within one business day.

Please Sleep
This package is for parents of babies 3 months or older and toddlers that are having challenges in establishing sleep habits or routines that let the family get the sleep everyone needs.
This package includes:
- A pre-meeting questionnaire that will tell your Ohana sleep coach about your child’s current sleep situation and what you’ve tried. This will guide our time together so we can tailor your sleep plan to fade any sleeping habits your little one has found.
- A 90-minute private session during which we will talk about what sleep habits are typical for your baby’s age so you know what to expect; concerns you are dealing with at the time; new strategies to test out; and avoiding new problems.
- A detailed, individualized written sleep plan that honors your family’s needs, values and lifestyle.
- Four 20-minute phone calls for the following 2 weeks, with the first call being the morning after you implement your plan. You will have the chance to ask any questions that have come up and we can review or discuss any possible setbacks.
- Unlimited email support during the following four weeks. You may send questions and your Ohana sleep coach will respond to you within one business day.

Back to Sleep
This session is for parents that have benefited from the other two sleep packages but need a sleep “tune-up”.
This package includes:
- A 60-minute session to discuss the situation right now, brainstorm ways to remedy what needs to be changed and get you all back to sleep!
- During the following week, we will be available to support you through unlimited email. You may send any and all questions and your Ohana sleep coach will respond to you within one business day.
Cost: $120
Additional Phone Consultations
This session is for parents that have purchased any of the packages above and would like to add more phone consultations.
The package includes:
- Two 20-minute phone calls
- After each phone call, your sleep coach will send updates to your sleep plan and/or a written summary of the conversation as needed.
- Between the calls and in the week following the last phone call, your sleep coach will be available to support you through unlimited email. You may send any and all questions and your Ohana sleep coach will respond to you within one business day.
