Getting Started with Potty Training
This package is geared to helping parents initiate this important milestone in their child’s development. By carefully choosing the right time and using a system that works for your family’s values and lifestyle, you can set yourself, and your child, up for a successful and natural progression from diapers to toilet!
- A 60-minute private session reviewing the most current and popular potty-training methods and the pros and cons of each. We will talk about signs your child may be give you to signal readiness. We will pinpoint an approach to toilet-teaching that feels right for you and your family
- Written summary of your plan, including potty-training schedule, your specific goals and a timeline to guide you.
- Two 20-minute follow-up phone calls the week following day 1 of potty training, to review and discuss any questions, challenges or setbacks.
- Unlimited email support during the following four weeks. You may send any questions or progress reports, and we will respond within one business day.

Potty Training Comprehensive Package
This is the preferred package for parents looking for support as they actively navigate the toilet-teaching process.
- A pre-meeting questionnaire to guide our time together, detailing your current situation and what you have tried without success.
- A full 90-minute private session, reviewing the most currently popular potty-training methods with pros and cons of each. We will align your lifestyle and family needs with an approach that feels right for you.
- Written summary of your plan to get you back on track, including important guiding tips, potty-training schedule, your specific goals and a timeline.
- Four 20-minute phone calls, for the following 2 weeks, following day 1 of potty training, to answer any questions that may have come up, review and discuss any possible setbacks.
- Unlimited email support during the following four weeks. You may send any questions or progress reports, and we will respond within one business day.

Potty Training Refresher
Sometimes life gets in the way of our best attempts. We get it. Events such as illness, vacations, or grandma and grandpa visits can all disrupt the potty training process. This refresher will get you and your child back on track to resume potty training. This is intended for parents that have previously benefited from one of the above listed packages.
- A 60-minute private session to thoroughly cover the current situation and cement a plan to go forward

- A follow up 20-minute phone call at a time you choose to best support your progress.
